Initial Consultation & In‑Clinic Assessments
Come for an in-person appointment with a Consultant Psychiatrist who specialises in memory problems and dementia.
You will also complete detailed memory assessments, including tests of attention, concentration and mood. These help us build a clearer picture of your cognitive health and identify any factors that may be contributing to your symptoms. This information also helps us decide what further diagnostic tests are required.
We recommend bringing someone who knows you well, as they can provide helpful insights during the assessment and offer support throughout your appointment.

How The Online Test Works
Complete the tests:
Register and pay for your test. Within 2 working days you’ll receive a link via email to access our trusted partner, Linus Health’s, online platform. You will then have 30 days to fill out the short lifestyle questionnaire and complete the remote digital assessment of cognition (rDAC) tests.
Expert & AI-enhanced analysis:
Your test responses will be digitally assessed by Linus Health’s exclusive AI tool, which assesses your process as well as your response, to ensure sensitive, efficient testing. This will be combined with a review by one of our experienced clinical team to produce your brain health plan.
Receive your report:
You’ll receive your personalised report within five working days, detailing your current cognitive function and a tailored brain health plan. This plan will include practical, evidence-based recommendations based on your memory test results and lifestyle questionnaire. If appropriate, we’ll also arrange a follow-up phone call to discuss your results and explore any next steps.

- Access to a tablet, laptop or desktop computer*
- A quiet, private environment with a secure, stable internet connection
- Around 30 minutes, to get set up and complete the test **
