ASPECT Research Study
Do you have a loved one with agitation associated with Alzheimer’s dementia?
Is their agitation becoming overwhelming?
Adults with moderate-to-severe agitation associated with Alzheimer’s dementia may be eligible to participate in a clinical research study called ASPECT™.
The ASPECT™ study aims to investigate a potential treatment for agitation associated with Alzheimer’s disease.

Would you like to be screened for the ASPECT study?
To be screened for this research study, a potential participant must:
- Be between the ages of 50 and 90
- Have a diagnosis of probable Alzheimer’s disease
- Have moderate-to-severe agitation that interferes with daily life
- Have a carer who spends a minimum of 2 hours per day, 4 days per week with them and is willing and able to comply with all study procedures
